some biscuit love for Shirley...

...and anyone who loves simple gluten packed biscuits.
Sorry Z.

It landed in my recipe book when I left Bathurst, by my lovely friend Sarah, who makes all different flavours for the kiddies (and sharer's in her tea loving like me!).

Sarah’s Bulk Basic Biscuits

Ingredients:

500gms butter
1 cup sugar
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
800gms self raising flour

Temp180°c
 EASY
 Serves 120 biscuits

Cream butter and sugar, add tin of condensed milk.
Mix in flour then add any flavours you like
Roll into balls and flatten on tray
Cook 12-15 mins at 180°c.

Suggestions: choc chip, Milo, sultana and coconut, peanut etc.

And for those who want gluten free, or just amazingness which parties in your mouth gently like a cake from an underwater seahorse fountain, do try E's Lemon and Pistachio Biscuits!

I did!

It's so sad when you realise you are down to the last one.

what's your favourite biscuit flavour?
